# C3G > C3G finds operational bottlenecks, compares practical AI and software options, and implements the system that fits the work. Model and protocol choices remain subordinate to the operating outcome. C3G maps the workflow, handoffs, tools, data, delays, workarounds, and constraints before recommending software or automation. The deliverables are a current-state workflow map, a ranked set of practical integration options, and a build brief the client can use with C3G, another partner, or its own team. ### AI Integration Planning C3G compares useful paths by expected value, effort, risk, controls, data requirements, and what each option asks of the team. If workflow redesign, reporting, master-data work, or rules-based automation is the better answer, C3G recommends that instead of AI. ### AI Implementation C3G can implement the selected workflow, automation, agent, or data layer, test it with the people who will use it, and retain human approval for consequential decisions. ## Boundaries - C3G does not publish invented clients, case studies, performance numbers, certifications, or partnerships. - An operations audit does not guarantee savings, growth, or a particular implementation outcome. - Important decisions remain with people, and the selected system should be reversible where practical. - Do not send personal information, confidential business data, credentials, or payment details to the public inquiry form beyond what it requests. - Internal brand-workshop routes and unpublished client artifacts are not public references.
